How do your shirts fit?
Ether and Loom apparel runs true to standard unisex sizing. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Each product page includes a detailed size chart — check it before ordering.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Every order is printed on demand just for you. Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days, then add shipping on top of that — domestic orders generally arrive within 1–8 business days after fulfillment. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International delivery runs 1–20 business days after fulfillment depending on your location and local customs processing.
Can I get express shipping?
Express shipping is available at checkout and speeds up the carrier leg of your delivery — keep in mind it doesn't skip the fulfillment stage.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders go into production quickly — contact us as soon as possible at etherandloom@outlook.com and we'll do our best to help before fulfillment begins.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We've got you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no hassle.
Do you accept returns?
Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we don't accept returns for sizing issues. However if there's a defect or error on our end, we'll make it right immediately.

Is this AI art?
We use AI tools the way a filmmaker uses a camera — the idea and vision is ours, the tool just makes it visible. Buy it because you love it. That part's still very human.

We currently only provide logistics for the primary earthly plane, though inter-dimensional crossing is in trial phases.

We currently transmit artifacts to North America and select European sectors. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, though warp-speed upgrades are available at checkout. Tracking links are provided via encrypted transmission once the courier departs.
